LONDON -- It's a buyer's market right now for Harry Potter fans looking to purchase a home with magical significance.
The house used to depict 4 Privet Drive in the film series is up for sale, as well as the home used to film scenes from the Granger homestead.
But if neither place suits your style, you're in luck: another noteworthy house in Harry Potter lore has become available.

For almost £1.4 million, you could own the four-bedroom terrace in Fulham where an 11-year-old Radcliffe first learned he had won the role of a lifetime -- apparently while he was in the bath.
Now 27, the English actor lived in the house until he was 12.
According to the online advert, the recently refurbished home is located on a "highly regarded residential road" in southwest London.
Whatever, you had us at Harry Potter.
