On Thursday, more than 100 newspapers from across the country joined together to condemn the president's aggressive attacks on the media.
Instead of ignoring the editorials or responding to them constructively, President Trump did what he does best: plunged himself into chaos.

Led by The Boston Globe, members of the mainstream media decided to publish dozens of editorials defending their work and their constitutional right to exist.
The campaign was organized under the hashtag #EnemyOfNone.

For what it's worth, Trump appears to have been slightly off when it came to the Globe's sale. John Henry purchased it from the New York Timesin 2013 for $70 million -- slightly more than the $1 Trump mentioned.
