Reddit's crackdown on violent content continues with the ban of a board called "Involuntary Celibates" /r/Incels in which people posted misogynistic content and even incited rape. Though the subreddit didn't have a women ban among its rules, it stated:
Sometimes the abusive speech veered on openly advocating rape, as a watchdog subreddit called IncelTears shows: ![]() Last week, there was a post by a guy pretending to be a woman and fishing for ideas on how to get away with rape. Reddit has recently changed policy on violent content and banned several neo-Nazi pages including e r/NationalSocialism, r/Nazi, and r/whitesarecriminals. The new policy says: "Do not post content that encourages, glorifies, incites, or calls for violence or physical harm against an individual or a group of people. A Reddit spokesperson told Mashable:
